- Browsing data. Non sono utilizzati per identificare l'utente.

4. Processing methods and security
Data are processed electronically and, where necessary, on paper, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use.
5. Data recipients
I dati non sono diffusi. Possono essere trattati dal personale di STIROVAP autorizzato e da fornitori che svolgono servizi per conto del titolare (ad esempio hosting, posta elettronica e assistenza informatica), designati responsabili del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR, oltre che da autorità e organi pubblici nei casi previsti dalla legge.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If a service provider makes such a transfer necessary, it will take place only with safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
Browsing data are retained only as long as necessary for website security and operation. Enquiry data are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship results, for its duration and any subsequent statutory retention periods. Data are then deleted or anonymised.
8. Data subject rights
Users may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Requests can be sent using the contact details on the website and are normally answered within one month.
